Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Nexcod Digital platform at nexcoddigital.in, account.nexcoddigital.in and the API at nexcoddigital.in/api ("the Service"), operated by Nexcod Digital ("we", "us"). By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep them current. You are responsible for everything done with your account and API keys. Keep keys secret and revoke any key you believe is exposed. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law.

2. KYC and lawful use

Live access requires KYC verification. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only to contact people who have agreed to hear from you. You must follow TRAI's commercial communication rules (including DLT registration of headers and templates), WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies, RBI and NPCI rules for payments, and any rule that applies to your business. Spam, phishing, fraud, impersonation and illegal content are forbidden.

3. Wallet and charges

The Service is prepaid. Each successful request is charged to your wallet at the price of your plan. Requests that fail are refunded to the wallet. For services charged as amount plus fee (recharge, bills, payouts) the amount is passed to the biller or beneficiary and the fee is ours. Prices may change with notice in your account. Taxes are extra where applicable.

4. Resellers

Resellers are responsible for their own users, including their KYC where applicable and their lawful use of the Service. Commission is credited to the reseller's wallet and reversed if the underlying request is refunded.

5. Availability

We work to keep every service available and route around provider failures, but the Service depends on telecom operators, banks and other third parties and is provided "as is". We are not liable for delays or failures outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected requests.

6. Data

We process the data you send through the API only to deliver the requested service, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Ending

You may close your account at any time by writing to us; any unused wallet balance is handled under our Refund Policy. We may end the Service for an account that breaks these terms.
